As an Assistant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 18 months to 6 years. We provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills to excel in this rewarding role.
This position requires a valid Letter of No Objection (LON) and involves shift rotation to accommodate the needs of our centers. You will work alongside experienced educators to implement age-appropriate activities, maintain a safe learning environment, and support the holistic development of each child.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans and educational activities for young children
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children's growth and development
- Monitor children's progress and communicate observations with parents and teaching staff
- Help maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are properly stored
- Assist with meal times, nap routines, and personal care needs of the children
- Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create an engaging curriculum that supports children's learning
- Adhere to all center policies, safety regulations, and licensing requirements
Kualifikasi
- Valid Letter of No Objection (LON) for working in Singapore
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education certification preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting
- Basic understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shift rotation
- CPR and first aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain
