In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of our automated production systems. You will serve as the technical lead for troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and programming sophisticated logic controllers to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems for various manufacturing lines.
- Perform comprehensive troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for electrical and automation systems.
- Manage the installation, wiring, and maintenance of electrical panels and control panels to ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime through proactive system audits and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Update and document PLC logic and electrical schematics to reflect system modifications.
- Provide emergency electrical support and technical guidance during system breakdowns.
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant local and international safety codes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation and electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming and debugging PLC systems, specifically Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley.
- Solid experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex electrical and control panels.
- Ability to read and interpret technical electrical blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform high-pressure technical diagnostics.
- Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary technical team.
