Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) systems using various programming languages.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation machinery to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to integrate control systems into new production lines.
- Conduct root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve equipment faults and downtime issues.
- Create and update technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, logic charts, and HMI screen layouts.
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and assist in the commissioning of new equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of PLC programming concepts and industrial automation principles.
- Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and servo motor systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical blueprints.
- Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
