On behalf of our client, a leading systems integrator specializing in industrial automation and smart building technologies, Elitez & Associates is seeking a proactive and skilled PLC Engineer (Control System / SCADA / BMS) to join their expanding team in Paya Lebar. Our client is renowned for delivering innovative control solutions to diverse industries, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, data centers, and high-value commercial buildings. As a PLC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the full project lifecycle—from conceptual design and system programming to commissioning, validation, and ongoing support. Your expertise in SCADA and BMS integration will be crucial in delivering intelligent monitoring systems that drive cost savings and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless system deployment, onsite installations, and troubleshooting.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and commission PLC-based control systems using platforms such as Siemens (Step 7 / TIA Portal), Mitsubishi, and Allen Bradley.
- Develop and configure SCADA systems (WinCC, iFIX, Citect) for real-time data visualization, alarm management, and supervisory control.
- Integrate Building Management Systems (BMS) utilizing BACnet, Modbus, and KNX protocols for HVAC, lighting, and access control.
- Perform systematic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implement effective countermeasures to optimize equipment uptime.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional design specifications, electrical schematics, and operation manuals.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery and smooth handover.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end-users on system operations and maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, SCADA configuration, and BMS integration.
- Proficient in industrial communication protocols (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, Modbus).
- Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, control panel design, and field instrumentation.
- Experience in system integration and project execution within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
