Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, program, and commission PLC systems based on Omron and Mitsubishi platforms.
- Design and configure intuitive HMI interfaces, specifically using Proface HMI software.
- Perform system troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing automation lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software.
- Document technical specifications, system architecture, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of control programs to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Provide technical support for field operations and assist in the installation of industrial machinery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Proficiency in programming Omron and Mitsubishi PLCs is mandatory.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing Proface HMI solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and logic diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose hardware-software integration issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
