Tanggung Jawab
- Design, program, and commission PLC/SCADA systems for industrial automation projects
- Develop servo and robotic automation solutions with precision and efficiency
- Apply advanced coding skills (Ladder Logic, Structured Text) to create robust control algorithms
- Integrate automation systems into existing manufacturing infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex system malfunctions and performance issues
- Lead cross-functional project teams for senior/manager positions
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards in automation systems
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation, or related field
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, etc.) and SCADA platforms
- Hands-on experience with servo systems, robotics, and motion control
- Strong programming skills in ladder logic, structured text, and HMI development
- For Senior/Manager roles: 5+ years of relevant industry experience
- For Junior roles: Fresh graduates with internship/co-op experience considered
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and system optimization
