Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and test PLC control software for complex industrial automation machinery and systems.
- Develop and integrate Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) applications.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure system reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and electrical engineers, to define system architecture and control strategies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing automation systems at client sites.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including software design specifications, user manuals, and functional descriptions.
- Continuously research and implement emerging automation technologies to improve system performance and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, or Omron).
- Strong proficiency in IEC 61131-3 programming languages, including Ladder Logic (LD), Structured Text (ST), and Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Hands-on experience with industrial communication protocols such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, and OPC UA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for site commissioning and troubleshooting when required.
