- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems for production equipment
- Assist engineers in PLC program modification, backup, and optimization
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in production machinery
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of PLC components
- Document all maintenance activities and system modifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes
- Stay updated with the latest PLC technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a PLC Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, including programming and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with various brands of PLCs such as Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi
- Understanding of industrial automation and control systems
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
