In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the high-performance standards of our material handling systems. You will be responsible for the installation, programming, and troubleshooting of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and automated equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA interfaces.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor belts, sorters, and automated storage systems.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure equipment uptime meets SLA requirements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and operational standards in the sorting facility.
- Document technical procedures, wiring diagrams, and modification reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of ladder logic, HMI, and industrial networking protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the facility.
