Eden Estate, a premium property management group specializing in high-end Hotel & Villa operations in Pejeng, Tampaksiring, is seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing & AC Maintenance Technician. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all plumbing systems, including pipes, drains, faucets, and water heaters.
- Conduct routine servicing, cleaning, and repairs of AC units to ensure optimal cooling and air quality for guests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical malfunctions promptly to minimize guest inconvenience.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and work orders across the property efficiently.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and management teams to ensure villas and hotel facilities meet brand standards.
- Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and organized state at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, specifically in hospitality, villas, or residential property management.
- Strong technical proficiency in plumbing repair and installation.
- Advanced knowledge of AC systems maintenance (servicing, freon filling, filter cleaning).
- Basic understanding of electrical troubleshooting is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Availability for flexible shifts and on-call duties when required.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to the Gianyar/Tampaksiring area.
