Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise with MA group and customers to coordinate new program implementations
- Ensure smooth transfer of products from FA/NPI/R&D to mass production
- Develop and implement product transfer plans and timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Monitor and optimize product introduction processes for efficiency
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Document and communicate product transfer procedures and requirements
- Continuously improve product transfer methodologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product development or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of FA (First Article), NPI (New Product Introduction), and R&D processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with product lifecycle management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and quality control processes
