Are you an experienced technician looking for a Contract-to-Perm role in the high-tech semiconductor sector? Join a leading facility in Woodlands, North Region. We are seeking a skilled PM (Preventive Maintenance) Technician to ensure the smooth operation of critical manufacturing equipment.
In this role, you will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer to gain permanent placement after a successful contract period. You will work in a state-of-the-art environment utilizing advanced tools and machinery, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on semiconductor fabrication tools and support systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults to restore equipment to optimal performance.
- Conduct routine calibration and verification of sensors and measurement equipment to ensure precision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment history records.
- Collaborate with Process Engineers and Production teams to resolve equipment issues quickly.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, ESD standards, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in capital equipment installation and validation projects when required.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Technician or PM Engineer in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment types (e.g., CVD, PVD, Etch, Lithography) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical schematics, blueprints, and P&ID diagrams.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid technical certification or trade license is an advantage.
