As we scale our production capabilities, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless material flow, optimizing inventory levels, and driving operational efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production and material plans to meet customer delivery schedules.
- Manage the entire end-to-end material procurement and control process to ensure zero line-stoppage.
- Optimize inventory turnover ratios and implement effective stock control measures to minimize waste.
- Lead the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process, aligning production capacity with market demand.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to resolve material bottlenecks.
- Utilize ERP systems to maintain accurate material master data and production reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance supply chain agility and reduce total logistics costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in PMC, Production Planning, or Material Control within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Kanban systems, and JIT (Just-in-Time) methodologies.
- Proven leadership ability with experience managing cross-functional teams in a high-pressure setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Prior experience in the battery, electronics, or automotive manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
