Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive production master schedules aligned with sales forecasts and customer demands
- Optimize material requirements planning (MRP) systems to ensure timely component availability
- Implement inventory control strategies minimizing holding costs while preventing stockouts
- Analyze production capacity constraints and propose resource allocation improvements
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate supplier lead times and manage vendor relationships
- Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and production efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing planning with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and trends
- Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred
- Experience implementing lean manufacturing and JIT principles
- Proven track record in inventory optimization and cost reduction
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
