Are you a seasoned PMO Analyst looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to join our team in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our project delivery framework, ensuring that strategic initiatives are aligned with business objectives, budget constraints, and timeline requirements.
As a PMO Analyst, you will not just be tracking data; you will be driving excellence by providing actionable insights to project stakeholders and executive leadership. This is a critical role that requires a blend of analytical rigor, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of managing complex project portfolios.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project dashboards to track performance metrics, milestones, and deliverables.
- Facilitate project governance, ensuring adherence to standard methodologies and internal quality processes.
- Support resource capacity planning and utilization tracking across multiple concurrent projects.
- Monitor and report on project budgets, identifying potential risks and deviations in a timely manner.
- Prepare high-quality status reports and presentations for senior management and project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and recommending workflow enhancements.
- Coordinate project documentation and ensure all artifacts are stored and maintained according to compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a PMO Analyst (Non-negotiable).
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or similar).
- Expert-level skills in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data visualization) and MS PowerPoint.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile).
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence project outcomes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a contract-based environment with high autonomy and tight deadlines.
