Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks and compliance protocols
- Generate and distribute executive-level project reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource utilization against baselines
- Facilitate PMO operational processes including risk assessments and issue resolution
- Implement and enforce standardized project management methodologies and tools
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder communication and project status updates
- Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for PMO processes and systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of PMO or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana)
- Advanced Excel skills with data visualization capabilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
