This is an embedded role within a fast-paced financial services environment, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring robust governance and seamless project coordination. We are looking for a proactive professional who can bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy.
In this position, you will be the guardian of project standards, responsible for tracking critical milestones, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring that all deliverables align with organizational goals. You will support senior management by providing detailed reporting, identifying potential bottlenecks, and facilitating effective communication across diverse teams. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project progress against plans to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Maintain and update project management dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams and business units.
- Support the development and maintenance of project governance frameworks and compliance standards.
- Identify project risks and opportunities, and propose effective mitigation strategies.
- Assist in resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget tracking.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a PMO or Project Management role within the financial services or ICT industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or PRINCE2.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
