Tanggung Jawab
- Establish, implement, and maintain PMO governance standards and best practices across the enterprise.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of the project portfolio, ensuring all initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to proactively identify and mitigate potential project bottlenecks.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to align project initiatives with overall business ROI and long-term strategic objectives.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project success.
- Provide high-level, data-driven reporting on portfolio status, resource utilization, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage complex resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity across the organization.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous process optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management or PMO leadership roles.
- Must possess a valid PMP, PRINCE2, or PgMP certification.
- Deep expertise in managing diverse project methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar portfolios and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational leadership skills.
- Previous experience within the Education Technology (EdTech) or ICT sector is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with advanced project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project.
