Erajaya, a leading player in the retail industry, is looking for a dynamic PMO Supervisor to join our team in Pasarrebo, Jakarta Raya. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales performance monitoring, ensuring that our ambitious targets are not only met but exceeded through data-driven insights and rigorous quality control.

You will play a critical role in bridging the gap between high-level sales strategies and ground-level execution. By defining clear KPIs for value, Bill Outlet (BO), and Quality Value Outlet (QVO), you will empower our sales force to focus on what truly drives revenue. Tanggung Jawab

  • Establish and cascade annual and monthly sales targets for Value, BO, and QVO across brands, depots, and distribution channels.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set KPIs, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Analyze distribution channel performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional depot managers to align on sales objectives and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership visibility.
  • Implement standardized sales processes to improve operational efficiency across all retail outlets.
  • Perform regular audits of sales quality data to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to sales teams regarding target tracking and performance metrics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, PMO, or Business Planning, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to translate complex sales data into strategic action plans.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail, especially concerning data accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a contract-based environment and adapt to organizational changes.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional working proficiency in English.
