Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end performance management processes including goal setting, mid-term reviews, and annual appraisals
- Maintain and update PMS data in HRIS systems with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure performance objectives align with business KPIs
- Generate performance analytics reports for leadership review and decision support
- Facilitate training sessions on performance management tools and best practices
- Implement continuous improvements to PMS workflows based on feedback and metrics
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in performance documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in performance management coordination or HR operations
- Proficiency in HRIS/PMS software (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry preferred
