Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems
- Coordinate construction and renovation projects while ensuring adherence to safety standards
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement corrective actions
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contractor work quality
- Conduct regular system inspections and risk assessments
- Prepare technical documentation including maintenance logs and compliance reports
- Optimize energy consumption and sustainability initiatives across facilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management or maintenance engineering
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software and CAD tools
- Valid PRC license (Professional Regulation Commission) is required
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
