Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain precision polishing equipment to produce high-quality optical components.
- Monitor and adjust polishing processes to ensure product specifications are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality control tests on finished goods.

- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in optical polishing or precision manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of metrology and quality control principles.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering schematics.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
