Bellshayce Foods Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pollution Control & Safety Officer to safeguard our operations and ensure regulatory compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce environmental management systems (EMS) to minimize industrial waste and emissions
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Investigate safety incidents and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with DENR, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Monitor air/water quality and maintain pollution control equipment
- Prepare environmental reports and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Coordinate with government agencies during compliance inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or Safety Management
- 3+ years experience in manufacturing safety and environmental compliance
- Professional certification in Environmental Management (e.g., CESM, ISO 14001)
- Knowledge of Philippine environmental regulations (DENR AO 2003-30)
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Excellent communication and training abilities
- Proficiency in safety management software and data reporting
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
