- Monitor and ensure compliance with environmental programs, regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential pollution sources and risks.
- Evaluate the safety and handling of chemicals and hazardous materials in accordance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement pollution prevention strategies to minimize environmental impact.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on environmental performance to regulatory agencies and management.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders regarding environmental permits and certifications.
- Train employees on proper environmental safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Relevant certification or licensure as a Pollution Control Officer or EnPE (Environmental Engineer) is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in pollution control, environmental compliance, or safety management.
- Strong knowledge of local environmental laws, regulations, and hazardous material handling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and regulatory bodies.
