Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze air, water, and noise emissions to ensure full compliance with DENR and local environmental standards.
- Inspect, calibrate, and maintain Pollution Control Devices (PCD) and monitoring equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare and submit accurate environmental compliance reports, including emission inventories and monitoring data.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies for environmental permits, audits, and inspections.
- Implement and oversee hazardous waste management procedures and disposal protocols.
- Conduct regular internal safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential environmental hazards.
- Train facility personnel on pollution prevention techniques, safety policies, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience working as a Pollution Control Officer or in an EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) role.
- Certification in Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Environmental Laws, DENR regulations, and environmental compliance procedures.
- Proficiency in using pollution monitoring tools, data analysis software, and computer applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and conducting training sessions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple regulatory tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
