Are you energetic, safety-conscious, and love working in a vibrant tropical environment? Bali Ocean Magic is seeking a dedicated Pool Attendant to join our team in Kuta. As the primary supervisor of our pool and water slide facilities, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.
In this role, you will be the face of our aquatic area, maintaining high safety standards while providing excellent service. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool and water slide activities to ensure guest safety at all times.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent accidents and maintain order.
- Provide clear, polite instructions to guests regarding proper usage of pool and slide equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
- Monitor water quality and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Perform basic rescue procedures if necessary and provide first aid support in emergency situations.
- Assist with pool setup and closing procedures as scheduled.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong swimming skills and a valid lifeguard certification is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, pool maintenance, or a similar safety-related role is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak Basic English is a plus.
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work under the sun.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
