As a key member of our guest services team, you will be responsible for supervising guest behavior at our pool and slide facilities, ensuring strict compliance with safety rules, and providing exceptional guidance to visitors. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool and slide areas to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
- Enforce safety rules and regulations while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Assist guests with floatation devices, pool equipment, and general inquiries.
- Respond immediately to emergency situations and assist guests in distress.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Communicate effectively with fellow staff members and management regarding safety concerns.
- Perform daily opening and closing procedures for the pool facilities.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or lifeguarding is preferred.
- Valid swimming skills and knowledge of basic First Aid and CPR.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in outdoor tropical conditions.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
