Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor guest activities in and around pool and slide facilities to prevent accidents and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Provide clear and friendly instructions to guests on the proper use of pool amenities and water slides.
- Perform regular checks of the pool area for cleanliness, functionality, and potential hazards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Respond effectively to emergencies, administer basic first aid, and coordinate with management for further assistance if required.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of pool equipment and ensure towels and other amenities are readily available and neatly arranged.
- Engage with guests in a welcoming manner, addressing inquiries and enhancing their overall experience at Bali Ocean Magic.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable environment for all visitors.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel, resort, or water park environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of pool safety rules and procedures, with a commitment to guest well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting positively with guests of all ages.
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform duties in varying weather conditions.
- Possession of a valid First Aid and/or CPR certification is highly desirable.
- A proactive, observant, and guest-oriented attitude.
