Are you passionate about guest safety and hospitality? Bali Ocean Magic is looking for an energetic and vigilant Pool Attendant to join our premier water facility team in Bali. As the guardian of our aquatic environment, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a safe, clean, and memorable experience at our pool and slide facilities.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for safety, providing professional guidance on facility usage while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoys interacting with guests from all over the world.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor pool and slide activities continuously to ensure guest compliance with safety protocols.
- Provide clear, polite instructions to guests regarding the proper use of water facilities.
- Perform regular facility walkthroughs to ensure the pool area remains organized, clean, and hazard-free.
- Respond promptly and calmly to any emergency situations, providing first aid or support as required.
- Assist in maintaining water hygiene standards by reporting any debris or filtration issues to the maintenance team.
- Ensure all pool furniture and equipment are properly arranged and safe for guest use.
- Assist with pool opening and closing procedures daily.
- Maintain a high standard of professional customer service, answering guest queries regarding pool rules and operating hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pool Attendant, Lifeguard, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Possess a valid Lifeguard certification or basic First Aid/CPR training.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to work in an outdoor, tropical environment.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain focused for extended periods.
- Professional, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to work on a contract basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Committed to maintaining strict safety standards at all times.
