Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing pool walls and floors.
- Monitor and adjust pool chemical levels (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) to ensure water quality and safety standards are met.
- Conduct routine checks and minor repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of villa gardens, including watering, pruning, weeding, and fertilizing plants.
- Sweep and clean pathways, decks, and surrounding areas of pools and gardens to remove debris.
- Identify and report any pest infestations or plant diseases, taking appropriate action as instructed.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
- Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and company policies for chemical handling and equipment operation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Pool Attendant, Garden Attendant, or similar role, preferably within a hospitality or villa management setting.
- Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and maintenance procedures, including chemical handling and safety.
- Familiarity with various gardening techniques, plant care, and landscape maintenance.
- Ability to operate and maintain standard pool and garden equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving maintenance issues.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, responsible, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
