Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily pool operations including water quality testing, chemical balancing, and safety compliance
- Lead garden maintenance team in pruning, landscaping, and seasonal planting schedules
- Coordinate guest interactions from arrival to departure, ensuring personalized service excellence
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with calm professionalism and resourcefulness
- Manage inventory and procurement of pool/garden supplies and equipment
- Train staff on safety protocols, service standards, and maintenance procedures
- Conduct daily inspections of pool and garden areas to uphold quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in pool management or horticulture leadership role
- Certification in pool water treatment or equivalent technical qualification
- Proven team leadership experience in hospitality or resort environment
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with guest-centric mindset
- Knowledge of tropical plant species and sustainable gardening practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
