- Collaborate with beverage service teams to provide seamless poolside refreshment experiences

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality or poolside operations
- Strong knowledge of water safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor suitable for luxury service
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and chemical handling
- First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to handle guest complaints with discretion and professionalism
