Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing detailed information and recommendations.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by adhering to merchandising and display standards.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash handling and balance the register at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and stocked with inventory.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education level.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to commit to a full-time schedule.
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise.
- Positive attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn.
