Tanggung Jawab
- Lead immersive pop-up fragrance experiences across Surakarta retail locations
- Train and supervise SPB/SPG staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Develop personalized scent consultations for high-value customers
- Monitor inventory and optimize display arrangements for maximum visual impact
- Analyze sales data to identify fragrance trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with marketing team to execute seasonal fragrance campaigns
- Maintain pristine presentation standards at all pop-up venues
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience as SPB/SPG/Cashier in retail industry
- Exceptional personal presentation and professional demeanor
- Strong fragrance knowledge or willingness to undergo specialized training
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced retail environments
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management
