Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor population programs aligned with national and local objectives
- Analyze demographic data to identify trends and inform program development
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations
- Conduct research and prepare reports on population-related issues and program effectiveness
- Provide technical assistance and training to local health workers and community volunteers
- Ensure compliance with civil service regulations and program guidelines
- Advocate for reproductive health and family planning initiatives at the community level
- Represent the municipality in regional and national population program forums
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Health Sciences, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in population program implementation or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret demographic and health data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Knowledge of Philippine population policies and civil service regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in report writing and program documentation
- Civil Service eligibility (Professional or higher level)
