Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily port operations including cargo handling, vessel coordination, and dock scheduling
- Ensure compliance with maritime safety regulations and company SOPs
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs, and freight forwarders for timely clearance
- Manage inventory control and documentation for inbound/outbound shipments
- Lead and train port personnel in efficient cargo handling procedures
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements
- Resolve shipment delays and mitigate logistical disruptions
- Prepare port activity reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Marine Transportation
- Minimum 3 years' experience in port operations or logistics supervision
- Certified in customs brokerage or freight forwarding preferred
- Strong knowledge of PH maritime regulations and cargo handling protocols
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under time-sensitive conditions
- Physical capability to work in port environments and variable weather conditions
