Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of port machinery, electrical systems, and marine equipment to identify potential faults.
- Perform routine maintenance, overhauls, and emergency repairs on a variety of port facilities and vessels.
- Ensure strict adherence to national safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards (e.g., SOLAS, ISM Code).
- Coordinate with operations teams to optimize workflow, reduce downtime, and improve equipment longevity.
- Manage and monitor the inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and safety drill protocols.
- Document all maintenance activities, repair logs, and technical reports accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Associate Degree (D3) in Marine Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized maritime institute.
- Possession of a valid ATT-2 (Ahli Teknika Tingkat 2) certification.
- Proven experience in port operations, ship repair, or marine engineering maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic processes, and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment and adapt to changing weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license is often preferred for site mobility.
