Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and coordinate daily terminal container movements to ensure operational efficiency.
- Liaise with vessel planners, hauliers, and warehouse teams to optimize turnaround times.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the port zone.
- Handle documentation for container clearance and supply chain tracking systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks to prevent delays in cargo handling.
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare periodic reports on terminal performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide timely updates on shipment statuses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Previous experience in port operations, terminal services, or container logistics is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and terminal management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment with a safety-first mindset.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
