Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily port operations and logistics workflows to ensure timely vessel turnaround.
- Monitor and update cargo tracking systems with precision and accuracy.
- Liaise between terminal operators, shipping agents, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including manifest reports and delivery orders.
- Ensure strict adherence to port safety regulations and company standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular inventory audits and report operational discrepancies to the management team.
- Assist in the administrative management of client accounts and operational data logs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in port operations, freight forwarding, or warehouse logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Familiarity with Singapore’s maritime regulations and port customs procedures is a strong advantage.
