- Coordinate daily port operations, including vessel scheduling, cargo handling, and berth allocation
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards
- Manage relationships with shipping lines, terminal operators, and other stakeholders
- Oversee the efficient movement of cargo through the port, minimizing delays and optimizing throughput
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to port activities and cargo movements
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with customs and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth clearance of goods
- Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in port operations, logistics, or transportation management is advantageous
- Strong understanding of port operations, cargo handling procedures, and maritime regulations
