Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily port operations including vessel scheduling and cargo handling activities.
- Liaise with shipping lines, terminal operators, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor and optimize vessel turnaround times to maximize operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage operational documents, permits, and compliance reports.
- Utilize Terminal Operating Systems (TOS) for resource allocation and tracking.
- Resolve operational issues and escalated queries in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the port operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, or Business Administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment (shift work may be required).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; structured training will be provided.
- Singaporean / Permanent Resident preferred.
