Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate port operations including cargo loading/unloading, vessel scheduling, and berth allocation
- Manage documentation compliance for customs clearance, shipping manifests, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor inventory systems and track cargo movements using logistics software platforms
- Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to resolve operational delays
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to maritime security regulations
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare operational reports and forecasts for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in port operations, cargo handling, or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, TOS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management
- Certification in maritime operations or logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues proactively
