Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and facilitate the daily movement of cargo and containers at the port.
- Act as the primary point of contact for port authorities, customs brokers, and transport partners.
- Ensure all shipping documentation, gate passes, and permits are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Conduct physical inspections of cargo and containers to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Report operational updates, delays, or issues to the logistics dispatch team immediately.
- Coordinate with truck drivers to ensure scheduled pickups and deliveries are met efficiently.
- Maintain detailed logs and digital records of all port-related transactions and activities.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in port operations, freight forwarding, or general logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and digital documentation tools.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- Knowledge of standard port procedures and local logistics regulations in Manila.
