Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is seeking an energetic, professional, and welcoming Porter (Daily Worker) to join our dynamic Front Office team in Jakarta. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in shaping their overall experience at our property.
In this role, you will be the face of Accor, providing exceptional service with a professional and courteous demeanor. You will respond to guest requests promptly, provide valuable information about our hotel facilities, and offer insightful recommendations on local attractions in Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional, and welcoming demeanor.
- Safely handle, transport, and store guest luggage to and from their rooms.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, operating hours, and local Jakarta attractions.
- Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with the room features, amenities, and emergency exits.
- Coordinate with the Front Desk and Bell Desk teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures.
- Assist with valet parking, taxi arrangements, and transportation logistics.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and professional appearance of the hotel lobby, entrance, and bell desk area.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or as a bellboy/porter is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
- Strong physical stamina; able to stand for long periods and lift heavy luggage (up to 20 kg).
- Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Good knowledge of the Jakarta area, including tourist attractions, restaurants, and transportation hubs.
- Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and early/late hours.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
