Tanggung Jawab
- Review and moderate user-generated content in Portuguese and English to enforce platform policies
- Identify and report violations including hate speech, illegal activities, and inappropriate material
- Maintain accurate documentation of moderation actions and incident reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address emerging content trends and policy updates
- Apply contextual understanding to differentiate between cultural nuances and policy breaches
- Handle sensitive content with discretion and adhere to confidentiality protocols
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with moderation guidelines and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Experience in content moderation, customer service, or trust & safety roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make consistent decisions
- Proficient in using moderation tools and digital platforms
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive topics professionally
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends
