Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at merchant locations.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide immediate resolutions to minimize merchant downtime.
- Conduct professional training sessions for merchants on system operations and best practices.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and replacement equipment with high accuracy.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports and logs after every site visit.
- Maintain clear, timely communication with the support team and operations management.
- Ensure full compliance with company safety protocols and technical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess your own reliable motorcycle and a valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in field technical support or hardware maintenance.
- Knowledge of POS systems, networking, or general IT hardware is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a field environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for merchant-facing interactions.
- Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow systematic diagnostic procedures.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Binan City and surrounding areas.
- High school diploma or vocational course in IT/Electronics/Computer Hardware.
