- Direct and manage all daily POS operations to ensure efficient service delivery to customers and dealers
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business targets and market expansion
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to maximize performance and achieve sales quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer networks and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize POS processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and operational metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in automotive or financial services
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in dealer network management is highly advantageous
