EMAPTA is currently looking for a Post Closing Coordinator / Shipper to join our growing team in Makati. In this onsite role, you will play a critical role in ensuring that every loan file is processed accurately, compliant, and investor-ready. As a Post Closing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the final stages of the loan lifecycle. This includes verifying documentation, preparing files for shipment, and maintaining strict compliance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and organize all closing documents to ensure 100% compliance with investor requirements.
- Coordinate the physical shipping and delivery of loan files to various destinations.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on loan packages prior to shipment.
- Maintain accurate records of all processed files and tracking information.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding file status.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and the designated night shift schedule.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or missing documents in loan files.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in mortgage processing, loan closing, or document shipping is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, specifically during night shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and document management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Makati, Metro Manila.
