Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients post-implementation, ensuring optimal system performance.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting, diagnostic assessments, and technical repairs for automotive hardware and software systems.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training sessions and user manuals for client operational teams.
- Analyze customer usage patterns to provide actionable feedback to the engineering and product development teams for continuous improvement.
- Manage technical service requests, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities based on technical requirements and product lifecycle management.
- Maintain detailed technical service records and performance reports for internal audit and quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a post-sales, field engineering, or technical support role within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate client communication across diverse regions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working effectively under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license and the flexibility to travel to client sites within the Klang Valley area.
