Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical post-sales support and troubleshooting for security infrastructure solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts for enterprise clients
- Install, configure, and maintain security systems including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and VPN solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate technical requirements into tailored security architectures
- Deliver client training on security product features and operational best practices
- Document technical implementations and create comprehensive post-deployment reports
- Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies to provide innovative solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in post-sales engineering or technical support roles
- Strong knowledge of security technologies including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CCSP preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with network troubleshooting and vulnerability assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
